Good food, good prices, excellent service with friendly and attentive staff. We ordered 5 combo meals, and they gave us a generous portion of fries, even for a size small. We also got 2 large shakes. Would recommend!

This Steak N Shake on University is the cleanest I've been in for a long time. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were all super nice and helpful with others who needed assistance. 10/10 will visit this restaurant again!

I have gone to this steak and shake my entire life. It has seen me through ups and downs and watched me grow for two decades. When i was released from my first psychiatric institution I went here first, that was over 9 years ago. I have come here night after night for my beloved frisco melt. I am never disappointed, I am met with warmth at the speaker and promptness on a level unattainable at other establishments in this area, THIS is the backbone of west central neighborhood.

On 10/08/24 my husband went through the drive through and got me a garlic burger and it was done perfectly!! I don’t think I’ve ever had a garlic burger from Steak N Shake that was that good! The rest of the food was made just as good. Thanks for taking the time to make it right I really enjoyed my food! You guys were awesome!! 😊
